The property was very well taken care of and clean. Couldnt ask for a better place to stay while we were attending nearby sports events for our kids.

The stay wasn’t bad, we got there to a broken couch so we were down a seat to sit in. However, my sister had dog fur on her from my brothers house and it transferred to the bed sheets and they charged 63 for “new” linens and extra cleaning. It wasn’t that much fur I have the pictures, this is excessive. Be mindful when staying here.

The home was clean and well equipped. Check in was very easy. Not the owners' fault, but there are 2 HUGE dogs next door that got out once. If you are bringing a dog, keep vigilant. The neighborhood looks like it's trying to make a comeback.

This property appeared to be the perfect fit for our family while in Burlington while we were there for a softball tournament. The property was a great space, nice kitchen, good living room and plenty of bedroom space. Mattresses were great and water pressure was good. Unfortunately we left after the first night because the neighbors had dogs in crates on their front porch and the dogs proceeded to bark from 1:00 AM to 4:30 AM. After 4:30 AM, the dogs continued to bark at intermittent rates. We let the owner know that would be checking out early due to no sleep and he said that he never had this complaint before. Maybe it was a bad coincidence or we are really light sleepers. The owner did not appear sympathetic and did not respond to my final message regrading our disappointment. It was a shame because were were planning on booking for a second weekend.
