Wake up in the morning to a nice and relaxing cup of coffee or enjoy your favorite adult beverage in the evening after a long day. Soak in the views of Lake Minneola! Hop on the trail from the backyard.
Steps away from local shops, breweries and restaurants. Enjoy the the many festivals happening in downtown Clermont!

Two bedrooms with stunning views of Lake Minneola and Victory Pointe. Master bedroom has direct access to deck facing the lake.

Two full bathrooms, dedicated work area with monitor, keyboard and mouse. High speed wifi and a fully stocked kitchen!

Backyard has direct access to trail. Fancy some board games with the family? Enjoy the collection of games - Settlers of Catan, Monopoly, Scrabble, Chess, two decks of playing cards and Uno. A picnic basket is available as well.

A full sized cornhole set and a firepit are available in the backyard to provide for a fun filled family time.

Soak in everything downtown Clermont has to offer by simply walking to all the restaurants, shops and breweries. When it's time to take a break, enjoy the peaceful and serene setting of our house to relax and unwind.

Note - The property has a completely separate and private basement unit with no shared space other than the backyard.

We were in town for our daughter’s softball team games. This place in Clermont was great! It was easy to find, was in a great location for proximity to games and to great walking trails, and was very comfortable. We will stay here again if need a place in this area.

Convenient location to the start of our bike event, and walkable to the town for coffee shops and restaurants. Clean and comfortable stay. Plenty of space. Check-in and check-out were easy, with no chores before we left. Thank you!

Downtown Clermont is fantastic for someone seeking outdoor atmosphere together with great dining and shopping scene. Quaint little downtown area with plenty to do.
