• Remove all trash/debris from the unit. Empty trash bags in the green dumpster located on the main property road Village Road to prevent insect/rodent infestation.
• Be sure to shut off the stove, turn air conditioner up to 74 degrees and turn off lights.;Please wash any dirty dishes and put away prior to leaving
• Our Housekeepers will launder the linens AFTER your departure. It is NOT necessary to make up the beds when leaving the unit. There is a small washer and dryer provided for daily use if needed.

This two bedroom, two bath cottage was perfect! It was stocked with all of the essentials which was such a relief after traveling from Ohio and arriving late at night. There was coffee, tea, towels, blankets, laundry soap, shampoo, toilet paper and even some snacks. The host was very responsive and the check in process could not have been easier. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. The pool was clean, huge and very quiet. We will definitely stay here again. Great relaxing and clean place!

The cottage was cute, had what we needed but the communication from Leticia was terrible. I did not get the code to get into the door until about 7:30 or 8 PM the night before we left. I wrote it down. We spent the day on the water and came home. There were four of us. We all tried desperately to get in following the complicated directions that were provided. We called the office, but they said it was not part of theirs, and they were unable to help Help refuse to call and ask her to call us so we stood out in the hot sun till I finally got in to an old email she had sent confirming the reservation. I saw there was a new message saying she had changed the code. She had my phone number could have easily texted or called with that information didn't bother inside was a black book that told you exactly what to do if you were locked out hello you're outside can't get in. How do you get access to that black book that information should have been sent to me prior to check-in never again.
