Orange Beach vacation- Phoenix X

Nice and clean. A great location for dining options on Orange Beach, Perdido, or Gulf Shores. Next door to Flora-Bama was a nice surprise too.

Perfect!

This condo was the perfect spot for our Memorial Day Weekend. It was clean, thoughtfully furnished and accessible to everything. Super comfy bed, beautiful beach view. Could not have asked for more. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Orange Beach!

Beautiful view overlooking pool & beach

Beautiful view on white sand beach. This condo is managed in house so and any problem is delt with very quickly. The TV is old so can’t use Roku. The kitchen is older but everything worked. Furniture had just been cleaned. Has. Nice balcony furniture.

Excellent Staff

We did enjoy our stay during Spring break! However, there were a few maintenance issues the owner would probably want to address soon. The shower/bathtub had a soft spot and a very small tear that may soon cause leaking problems. Also, the floors were not clean and the carpet in the bedroom is in very poor condition. Just a few upgrades on these two items will insure further tenants a wonderful stay in this condo!

Everything but the bed

The condo is very nice. Loved the half bath. The only thing that was not up to par in the room was the bed. After the first night I literally looked to see if the box spring was on top and the mattress was on bottom. The bed feels like a pile of springs covered in a sheet. I would love to stay in this room again if the mattress was updated. I will not stay in this condo again until that time.
