Family friendly. Had more items at the house to help you with a day at the beach then advertised! Also with an understanding that those items are never guaranteed. Home was very clean. Only problem was a huge hairball on my son’s shower towel as well as hair on his pillow and sheets. Golf cart, pool(s) and patio were used often and enjoyed. HOA does really watch (daily) to make sure you have your parking pass on display in your car AND filled out!! Otherwise you may get a fine. Property Management company responded very quickly to any and all questions we may have had. Very helpful. Would stay here again

Excellent stay! Our keypad stopped working when we came back from the beach one day, but they sent out a locksmith immediately, & we had no issues the rest of the week! Great communication & beautiful property! Our family loved it. I will say, be sure to read the community rules thoroughly!! There is one security officer who looooves to write citations. We’ve stayed in this neighborhood multiple times before & never had any issues but this time he was ticket happy (: no fault to the owners, just a fair warning to read the rules well.
