About this property

This beautiful condo is located in a prime location Orange Beach. It is right next door to Flora-Bama, world famous beachside bar and restaurant.

Enjoy a second floor unit that is literally steps away from the beach, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun and sand. This unit is located right across from stairwell giving you quick and easy access to the indoor amenities just below. Elevators are also available a few steps away.

The condo itself is spacious and well-appointed. It can sleep 10 people in three bedrooms. One master with a king bed, one guest bedroom with a queen bed, and a second guest bedroom with two full beds. It also has two bathrooms and a large living area with new furniture and pull out queen bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to prepare a meal and features newly painted wood cabinets. The master bedroom has its own access to balcony with stunning views of the ocean.

The condo also has a number of amenities that will make your stay enjoyable. There are two large pools, one indoor and one new outdoor pool with water features. There are also three indoor hot tubs, a large updated grill area and outdoor dining area, and an indoor basketball/racquetball court. The boardwalk to the beach is short giving you quick beach access.

Walking distance to a few restaurants including Ole River Grill, Flora Bama Yacht Club, Waffle house and of course the famous Flora Bama right next door complete with beach bar access from the beach!

Please see our house rules and note that paid parking is available on site in covered parking. You will be allowed two parking passes and will need to purchase at 60$ per pass on arrival.

great stay!

The condo was very clean, loved the keyless entry, lots of workers around the condo, clean restrooms by the pool, lots of security. Would stay there again:)

Happy Birthday to Me!!

The property was just as advertised. Clean and with a great view! Steps away from the beach and right next door to the Flora-Bama! Our bedrooms were spacious and clean. My only complaint, is that I had to leave!!! Hopefully I can book this Condo for my birthday next year!.

Why they chose this property

My family and I have been vacationing in Orange Beach, AL for years and enjoy the white sand beaches the most but also love our boat days! We love the fresh seafood and all of the good local eats.

What makes this property unique

The convenient location of our unit is what makes it special. Not only is the Phoenix X right next door to Flora-Bama and all it has to offer (beach bar, nightlife, live music), but it is in walking distance to several restaurants and right across from the marina where you can rent boats, jet skis or book a charter fishing tour, etc. The unit itself is also on the second floor which I love. You can always take the elevator but I love having the option of going down one flight of steps right across from the unit to get quick access to the inside amenities (pool, hot tob, fitness center and sauna) but you are also just steps away to the pool and beach. This condo facility also has one of the shorter boardwalks to the beach which is a plus. Our unit overlooks both the outdoor pool and the beautiful Gulf Of Mexico.
