The space
River Rascal welcomes guests with its spacious and family-friendly environment. This modern retreat offers ample room for relaxation and play. Situated within walking distance of the Red River, guests can enjoy vast flat outdoor areas, perfect for family gatherings and leisurely strolls. A dedicated hammock and beach area near the Red River provides a tranquil spot to take in nature's beauty.

Enjoy a bright and airy atmosphere with open layout of the living room, kitchen, and a cozy breakfast nook. Featuring soaring ceilings and a well-equipped kitchen, complete with bar seating for four, an electric fireplace and smart TV. Discover hidden XL bunk beds, tucked behind barn doors, offering additional accommodation when needed. This is the perfect space to relax and unwind.

The bedroom includes a queen-sized mattress, a private fireplace, and a second smart TV. Through the bedroom, you’ll find the back entrance to the private deck with seating for two, a hot tub, and walking path to the fire pit with nothing but open skies and vast surroundings of the Red River Valley.

River Rascal is a part of Three Suns Cabins, a collection of 8 uniquely decorated modern cabins that may be rented together as a group for larger parties or special occasions.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire cabin, their own private deck, hot tub and private fire pit.
River Rascal is located within Three Suns Cabins, which is walking distance to the Red River. Before check in, guests will receive information on nearby walking trails, the beach area with hammocks, fishing area, and a larger fire pit area with some outdoor games. These amenities are all accessible only to guests who have booked at Three Suns Cabins.

Other things to note
A starter amount of the following supplies is included at each cabin: hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, dish pods, laundry pods, and basic cleaning supplies. Any additional items needed will be the guest's responsibility to supply. We do not supply anything considered perishable or consumable, this includes but is not limited to, coffee, salt, pepper, oil and the like.

Pets are not allowed and we cannot make any exceptions.
There is a charcoal grill at the cabin, guests are asked to supply their own charcoal and lighter fluid.
Cell service might be spotty depending on your provider.
The cabin is on city water and is safe for all uses.
Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) are provided!
Firewood is not provided.
The kitchen is supplied with the basics: pots, pans, bowls, cups, utensils, etc.
