Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is peaceful and well-kept, with friendly neighbors and a relaxed atmosphere. Mornings are quiet and calm, while evenings often bring a soft breeze and the distant sound of fireworks from the parks. One of my favorite things about living here is how easy it is to get anywhere—whether it’s Disney, Universal, or SeaWorld, everything is just a short drive away. There’s also plenty of great restaurants, shops, and entertainment nearby, so you never run out of things to do.
