This charming home is located less than 20 minutes away from Walt Disney World! From its cozy living room to its private pool with conservation view this home offers you the privacy and comfort you are looking for.

The Living Room is the heart of this home and it offers you a relaxing location to gather with family and friends in the mornings or after a long day at the parks. It features a large flat screen Roku smart TV and direct access to the dining room, pool, master bedroom, and kitchen.

The modern fitted kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, toaster, blender, coffee maker, cooking utensils, dinnerware, etc. You will find everything you need at your fingertips to get the day started right.

Master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV, and a private en suite bathroom with a walk in closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, flat screen Roku smart TV (no cable) and a private en suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds and located directly across the hall from the third bathroom. Perfect for the children!

Your villa will also come equipped with a private washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board to help you stay on top of your laundry during your stay.

Swimming Pool: The spacious pool area is fully screened in with a private pool, sun loungers, table and chairs. The south facing pool offers a view of a conservation area that gives you the peace and sunshine you desire! The corner spillover spa (not a hot tub) provides seating and spa jets. Perfect for those lazy days off sunbathing and sipping an ice cold drink! Note that both the pool and spa are unheated.

Parking Notes: Parking is in the driveway only and holds 1 car. No parking in street or driveway of any travel trailer, camper, motor home, recreational vehicle, boat and trailer, commercial vehicle, bus, or truck. Limited parking for additional cars is available on the opposite side of the street.

One level home Licensed by the State of Florida and equipped with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and pool safety alarms and/or pool safety fence. A video doorbell is located outside the main doorway.

We stayed one night. Driving directions and checking in were all easy. The pool water was way too cold to swim for long. The living room was cozy, the beds were good. The Kitchen was stocked well enough. Some of the floors and surfaces were dusty and the hall bathroom toilet seat was not secured down and kept sliding off. The night light in the queen bed room bathroom kept going on at random without anyone triggering the motion sensor. The bedpost in the master bedroom is wobbly. All and all it was a pleasant place to stay the night.

Great stay....the master bathroom shower doors aren't safe, there was one door missing it was in the closet the other one was just sat there which could be a safety hazard.could potential fall on someone. And also causes the water from the shower to splash onto the floor. Other than that we enjoyed our stay

Good Stay

I came to the Orlando area for a funeral and stayed at the property for only one night. The property Manager, Patrick, was very helpful and extremely quick to respond to any questions that I had. The property was as described, and our stay was comfortable. My only issue was that the hot tub didn't have heat, which I wish had been posted. Other than that one concern, it was a great stay.

Perfect short stay

Stopped for a few nights in Orlando on the way to Key West house was great a little bit of traffic getting in but nothing more than I expected for Orlando. Home owner let us check in early and the pool was wonderful with such spacious home.

Comfortable for a quick weekend

The property is a little older and some things are in need of repair but it's comfortable enough, especially if you don't plan to spend much time in the house. The pictures were accurate and there was plenty of things in the kitchen to cook with.

Month long winter escape

The home has 2 master suites which was perfect for 2 couples for the month of March. The kitchen was well set up for a longer stay where you’re mostly cooking in. Pots, pans, cookie sheets, dishes etc were all available. We were able to swim several days but would have been better if the pool would have been heated.

You get what you pay for.

My family and i were excited that it was so inexpensive to stay for a couple nights before our cruise. We sson come to realize why was so cheap. Light bulbs needing replaced. Closet doors broken, furniture in need of repair, pool not clean. If you are not looking for anything to knock your socks off this is the place. It was clean and the linens were fresh. Just not whatbwe expected compared to other homes qe have rented feom VRBO.

Great House

Would definitely rent again. Thank you! Just a suggestion, a roll of paper towel would have been great. Only stayed one night so didn’t get a chance to buy any. House was very clean, easy to check in and check out. Nice dark and quiet room for sleeping. Water pressure and temperature was great for everyone to shower. Pool was nice. Jacuzzi never got hot to be able to enjoy for aching muscles but still great. Neighbors (plural) like to fly. It was hard to back up. But not the owners fault. Like I said will be renting again.
