This is a great place to stay. A very convenient location and quiet neighborhood. The place is very clean and comfortable. I was there for almost a week, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The host was great, checking in to make sure I had everything I needed, and responded quickly to emails. If I am back in Winston-Salem, I will definitely stay here again.

Kim's house is terrific, perfect for our needs. Stayed four days moving our daughter out of Wake Forest and spent some time in the area. The house is convenient to everything and is in a quiet area. Our second time staying here and we always look to see if it’s available for our trips here.

After a long car ride Kim’s home was a perfect place to rest. The home is clean, comfortable and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The home is well stocked with everything you need for your stay. We’ve put it in our favorites for the next time we visit Winston-Salem.

Perfect Convention Retreat

Kim’s home was exactly as described and was above expectations. Very comfortable house and after a long day, it felt like coming home! The home was extremely comfortable. Everything you could want was there. The kitchen had everything and every spice imaginable. The bed was super comfortable. The location was close to everything we wanted to see. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice Stay!

I spoke to Kim on the phone twice and she was so kind and helpful! I needed help with the thermostat and she was able to operate it remotely no problem. Beds were very comfortable, clean and cozy home, and checkout was a breeze. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
