The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place bed linens in the laundry room hamper and towels inside the washer.
Bag trash should be placed inside trash cans located inside the outdoor shed. The handy man will pick up once a week.
October- March please set thermostat to Heat 68 degrees
April- September please set thermostat to Cool 74 degrees
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
