Welcome to our cozy home on Wilmington Island! This beautifully updated property features a split-bedroom floor plan with two guest bedrooms and a shared bathroom on the main floor, while the master suite is privately located upstairs for added comfort.

At the heart of the home is an open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen — perfect for gathering with family and friends. The home boasts renovated kitchen and bathrooms, along with new flooring throughout the living, dining, and kitchen areas, and brand-new siding.

Step out from the dining area onto a spacious back deck, ideal for relaxing or entertaining while enjoying the large, fenced backyard. Regarding parking: Three cars in driveway and one car in street directly in front of house. (4 cars total)

Weekend family getway

Everything was lovely, house was clean, easy, check in and out, good communication, and the location was perfect. We had a great family gather. Definitely would like to rent it again.
