I am a Tennessean born and raised. My husband is originally from PA, but has lived in Tennessee longer than actually lived in PA. New to the host game! I have been a landlord for regular rentals for 35 years. Thought we would try our hand at this for a bit.
Why they chose this property
We have lived on the adjacent property for 52 years. The area is convenient to just about everything. Shopping, entertainment, boating and fishing.
What makes this property unique
Nothing really unique - just a good location - and a "normal" type setting. It is really a quite peaceful neighborhood. You will have an occasional deer family stroll through the yard. There are plenty of squirrels and birds to watch.
