The area around the condo is the famous Sunny Isles Beach, filled with prestigious buildings and restaurants. Everything in the area sits on either side of Collins Ave, a wonderful Miami main street that rides all the way down to South Beach.

This apartment offering nice open pool, Gym, Free Valet parking and more, you will feel like home, spacious apartment that can be comfortably up to 6 people. Four beds plus one queen sofa bed in the living room! Located in Sunny Isles Beach. Distance walk to Grocery store, coffee, restaurants, Pharmacy.
