The place was clean, up to date, and within walking distance of everything. We were up in the area for a race that my wife was running in at Leadville and this was a very comfortable place to stay.

Just to clarify for future visits, the property does include two dedicated parking spots: one in the garage and a tandem space directly in front of it. The development also offers a couple of guest parking spaces that are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Great stay!! Everything we needed to cook, nice views, hot tub was great, heat lamp on porch made for great cozy evenings, hosts were nice and welcoming. Forgot my iPhone charger and they had one there, along with various other usbs. Highly recommend.
