The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please return anything you used to its original location. This includes placing kayaks back on the storage rack, returning any games, furniture and outdoor items back to where they were originally.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There can be no glass in the pool area. If any glass is broken it must be reported immediately and renter is responsible for any cost incurred.
Renters are responsible for the safety of their children and should never leave them unsupervised on the boat dock or by the pool.
The boat slip is may available for an additional fee, please inquire prior to your stay.
