Welcome to your Los Angeles sanctuary—a stunning 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath hillside home where Old Hollywood glamour meets Mediterranean tranquility. From floor-to-ceiling bookshelves to sunset-soaked balconies, every space is designed for comfort, style, and a little cinematic magic.
Hike to the Hollywood Sign from the front door or walk just down the street to the Hollywood Walk of Fame!
Step inside to an oversized living room anchored by a dramatic floor-to-ceiling bookshelf and antique Italian sconces. A Samsung Frame TV doubles as art when not in use, blending seamlessly into the aesthetic.
The open-concept dining room and kitchen invites connection, with a fully equipped kitchen ready for everything from morning coffee to elaborate home-cooked meals. A grill just off the kitchen makes summer night barbecues a breeze, with a dart board for a little friendly competition. A convenient half bath rounds out the downstairs.
Ascend the wrap-around travertine staircase to the upper floor, where you’ll find:
+ A primary suite with a king-size Casper bed, luxurious en suite bath with soaking tub and double vanity, and a private balcony with sweeping sunset views of Downtown LA--perfect for a morning cup of coffee or a cocktail in the evening.
+ A sun-filled second bedroom with skyline views, designated desk, and a plush queen bed.
+ A tranquil third bedroom that overlooks the garden and fountain, creating a peaceful retreat, with a queen bed.
These two bedrooms share an airy bathroom with a shower equipped with a waterfall showerhead.
All bedrooms feature cooling bamboo sheets, linen duvets, and thoughtfully curated decor.
There's a tucked-away office nook in the landing, offering an ideal work-from-home setup—with some of the best views in the house.
Step outside to your own private oasis. The lush garden includes a large dining table for al fresco meals, two sun loungers for soaking up the California sun, and a spacious sectional sofa surrounding a cozy gas firepit. At the back, unwind in the hot tub with views of Griffith Observatory—the perfect end to any day.
A short 15-minute walk in either direction will take you to the iconic Beachwood Cafe and Market or the historic Franklin Village, where you'll find a half dozen local restaurants and a Gelson's grocery store. You can even hike to the Hollywood Sign right from the front door!
