Luxury 4 bedroom 3.5 bath mountain home with access to the exclusive Eagles Nest community winery, sports fields and rec courts, ATV trails, hiking, mini golf, archery, ropes and climbing wall, and one of the few homes in the community with a creek on property!
Step inside to find a warm, lodge-style interior with elevated ceilings, a stone fireplace, and an open-concept living space perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals or game night around the table.
Thoughtfully planned for movie nights, the lower level entertainment room has comfortable seating for your group.
Each bedroom is designed with rest in mind, including a luxurious main-level suite and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Outside, the covered deck is ideal for morning coffee and the uncovered deck is perfect for al fresco dining.
Head down beyond the cascading boulders to the firepit for smores under the stars.

Snow Skiing and Snow Boarding - All within a close proximity- options include: Ski Beech, Sugar Mountain, Hawksnest, and Appalachian Ski Mountain.

Please note all visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
Additional Notes:
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the
- Firewood may be added at time of booking by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: offroadadventuresnc.com.
- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities.
- This home allows 1 mature, well-trained dog with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
CANCELLATION POLICY –
Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 59 days of the arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
