Whether you're here for a sporting event, a business trip, or just because. This is a comfortable spacious townhome in a quiet community with décor that is inviting and relaxing.
NOTES: This is a NO-SMOKING property! No smoking inside or outside the house! This is a lived-in home as well, I travel for work.
The upstairs floor plan has a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (queen-size), and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals.
The downstairs is another living room area with plenty of space, a one-bedroom (queen-size), a bathroom (walk-in shower), and a washer/dryer.
This property can sleep up to 10 for sure:
• 2 in each of the bedrooms (6)
• 1 on the upstairs couch (maybe 2)
• 1 on the downstairs couch
• 2 on the air mattress
In the mornings enjoy coffee on the newly renovated deck to start your day. Or maybe you'd rather sit back and have a cold one instead.
I have quick access to the I70 turnpike, Memorial Stadium, Allen Field House, Rock Chalk Park, & Clinton State Park within Lawrence limits. Don’t forget you have Massachusetts (aka Mass Street) where you can check out the shops and restaurants in downtown Lawrence.

I'm a homegrown Kansas girl! I grew up in Wyandotte county till I graduated high school. I had lived on the Missouri side till 2017. I wanted to buy a home but wanted to come back to the Kansas side. So I chose the great Lawrence area. I'm a person that loves the outdoors, and sports.
Why they chose this property
It's clean, quite, and not cluttered. I'm very OCD so things are organized and in there place. I chose this property because of the quietness, the closeness to I70, yet still close to everything that Lawrence has to offer. It's a college town with a hometown feeling.
What makes this property unique
It's a home away from home with all the amenities that a hotel doesn't provide. So, whether your here for KU events or business this place might be the home atmosphere your looking for.
