This beautiful home features Central AC, hardwood flooring on main level, and all bathrooms tiled, fully updated granite kitchen, open family room with smart TV, dining room overlooking deck, and a half bath completes the main level. Upstairs features, 3 queen bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, one of which includes a jetted tub and the washer and dryer. A 4th bedroom with full size futon bed is in the finished lower level with walk-out. Enjoy amenities like the grill on deck with table, chairs & umbrella, and an outdoor shower. Beach chairs, blanket, and umbrella for your use on the beach included. Garage and driveway parking at the house. Pass for beach parking access and turnaround is included, as well as access to tennis courts, basketball courts, children's playground which are only a 3-minute walk from the home. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

Lovely house with great spaces for our family

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The property felt big with lots of great spaces for our family to use when we were in town for a wedding. We loved the convenience and ease of beach access.
