This is an unbelievable property! We stayed for my son’s wedding weekend and it was beyond perfect, it is comfortable, well appointed and more space than you can imagine! We will return!!!

Charropin Beach Estate

Beautiful property and excellent experience for our family wedding overflow housing. Owner was very accommodating and hospitable. Would certainly recommend this owner and property and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Family Reunion

The Estate at Charropin Beach was absolutely lovely and the perfect setting for our family reunion. Bryan is approachable personable and super easy to communicate with. His home is breathtaking and the grounds are spectacular. This must be one of the only houses along the water with a private beach. You also have easy access to the water and literally steps away from downtown old Covington. The pool was great as well. Couldn't have more nice things to say about our stay - we can't wait to go back!

STUNNING!!!!

This was the absolute best home that we have ever stayed in! The property was stunning! From the decor to the pool the amazing Trees and river access. Restaurant and shops 100 feet from the front door.
