About this property

Cozy apartment in Knorrville, for 5 people

My space is great for 4 adults, very cozy and close to the center of Gramado, but we can accommodate up to 5 people in families that have 3 children, or who don't mind sharing the same space, besides the double sofa bed and crib for babies, we also provide a single mattress.
It is located at the Knorrville Residential Resort, next to Knorr Park Nature Reserve.
Some spaces are NOT allowed for visitors, such as the pool, gym, movie theater, kiosks and billiards room.

Achei bem legal sim. Muito bonito lá dentro. Nem cheguei a usar as piscinas. O Sr Fábio proprietário me deu assistência o tempo todo. Foi ótimo. Achei super prático o checkin e o checkout. O acesso não é muito fácil a pé pq tem uma subidona no acesso, mas a trilha que tem no fundo (pela mata) parece complicada, mas não é nada. Essa trilha com certeza é o melhor acesso para o centro (ela acaba no fundo de um hospital em frente a rua coberta). Todas essas minhas referência é com um grupo de 5 pessoas que tinha 2 mulheres idosas e uma criança de 4 anos. O apto em si, é bem confortável, apesar de pequeno. Para uma família é ótimo.

Fantástico - Superação de Expectativas

Estive em Gramado pela Sétima vez! Alguns amigos me questionam sobre o motivo de visitar esta cidade tantas vezes. A resposta é extensa, mas a receptividade e acolhimento dos moradores é uma delas. E neste quesito, o Sr. Fábio Becker deu show! Tenho que destacar a simpatia, educação, pré-disposição em ajudar com dicas, esclarecer dúvidas e fazer questão de nos deixar totalmente a vontades. Todas as hospedagens que realizei pelo site foram ótimas, sem reclamações a fazer, mas esta última foi excepcional. O Condomínio possui uma estrutura incrível, conforme descrito no anúncio. A localização também é muito boa. Fizemos o percurso a pé até o Centro e levamos 11 minutos. Também há uma trilha que liga o Condomínio até o Centro, saindo próximo à Rua Coberta (600 metros). A imóvel é completo e muito aconchegante, possuindo todo o necessário para uma excelente estadia. Além de tudo, ainda é possível usufruir de alguns serviços pagos a parte, caso desejado, como Café da Manhã, Lavanderia, Room Service e outros. Totalmente recomendado! Voltando a Gramado tentarei ficar hospedado no mesmo imóvel. Só elogios! Podem ir sem medo, se surpreenderão! O lugar passa uma paz incrível, apesar do movimento de Gramado estar a poucos metros dali! TOP!!!! Obrigado ao Sr, Fábio pela ótima experiência proporcionada a mim e minha esposa!

O apartamento é muito bom , as roupas de cama e toalhas estavam limpas , o Fábio é um ótimo anfitrião , nos deu dicas de mercado e do condomínio o qual oferece uma piscina quentinha ! A localização é muito boa , a uma quadra da av das Hortências , com lojas e mercado próximo . Não há nada que achamos que deveria mudar ou melhorar , o apartamento serviu muito bem a nós . Esperamos voltar a cidade que é maravilhosa e retornar ao apartamento.

Fábio é um excelente anfitrião, honesto, atencioso e muito disponível. O apartamento é perfeito !!!! Quando chegamos estava limpo, cheiroso e muito organizado. Fica muito próximo ao centro, pagávamos R$6,50 de Uber para nos deslocarmos até os pontos principais de Gramado. O condomínio tem uma excelente estrutura. Amamos tudo, do início ao fim !
