Casa Belaey at Coler Mountain Bike Preserve
Summary:
Stay in the legendary Kenny Belaey’s vacation home, next to Coler Mountain Bike Preserve! This beautifully designed brick house blends grandmillennial decor with nature-inspired elements, offering luxury amenities like Beekman’s 1802 bath products and 100% organic cotton sheets. Whether you're riding the trails or relaxing in the cozy backyard, this home is the perfect mix of adventure and comfort.
The Space:
Welcome to a one-of-a-kind adventure, where the trails meet timeless elegance! Nestled right next door to the world-renowned Coler Mountain Bike Preserve, this beautiful brick home is not just any vacation spot, it’s the Kenny Belaey’s vacation home. Yes, you’ll be staying in the house of a living legend! Kenny Belaey, the master of bike trials, who’s not only brought Bike Fest to Bentonville but holds the UCI record for the most podium finishes at world championships, has made this space as epic as his rides.
Step inside and be greeted by a grandmillennial dream, where layers of classic design meet nature-inspired elements. Picture this: an Airbnb design feature article hailed the home for its blend of botanical charm, like a boxwood feature wall, and whimsical details, think mushrooms, floral patterns, and vintage touches that transport you to an over the river and through the woods type feeling.
After shredding the trails, you can work out in the same garage where Kenny Belaey hones his skills. Stand on his very own podium (maybe practice that acceptance speech?) after conquering the Preserve. Whether you’re here to ride or relax, you’re in the right place.
When the adventure winds down, relax on ultra-comfy beds with 100% organic cotton sheets. Pamper yourself with Beekman’s 1802 luxury bath products, and rest easy knowing only the good toilet paper awaits. In the evenings, settle into the elevated backyard with a cup of something warm, waving at bikers as they glide by on their way to or from Coler.
This house is a golden mix of fun and comfort, where grandmillennial design meets bike culture, and relaxation meets adventure. Ready to ride into a memorable stay? Kenny's house is waiting! We are inclusive, all are welcome.
Guest Access:
This one story home is handicap accessible with wide doorways and grab bars in the bathrooms. The entire property is accessible to guests. Enjoy!
The Neighborhood:
Nestled right next to Coler Mountain Bike Preserve, this home is a gateway to outdoor adventure and small-town charm. Coler offers more than just biking trails; it's a nature lover's paradise with the paved greenway trail winding through the Preserve. Whether you're taking a morning ride or an afternoon stroll, the greenway is perfect for exploring. And don’t miss the creek, where kids and dogs love to splash around, hunting for minnows and crawfish in the clear water.
For the adventurous spirit, we challenge you to conquer "The Rise," a massive staircase tucked into the woods. It’s a test of endurance with rewarding views at the top. Afterward, head to the magical Airship coffee house, hidden in the middle of the Preserve and only accessible by trail. Imagine sipping your coffee on giant porch swings that overlook the lush forest, pure serenity!
This home is also located right off a protected bike lane, offering easy access to Downtown Bentonville. Our family loved Casa Belaey! Our boys loved getting to see Kenny’s helmet and other biking memorabilia. We loved being able to bike right to Coler Park. The trails at Slaughter Pen were an easy distance to ride to as well. The house was well furnished and we felt right at home. We had a family dinner out in the deck with the gas firepit which was very nice on the cool evenings. The bike stand and the washing station also came in very handy. We would definitely consider staying there again.
