Winter Comfort & Parking Notes
Our home uses a two-condenser mini-split system. For best performance, all units operate in one mode at a time—either heating or cooling, not both simultaneously. During winter, the system is set for heat to keep the home comfortably warm throughout.

Winter Parking Notice: During snowstorms, the city enforces a winter parking ban. Guests must park only in the designated driveway/parking spaces and not on the street, as street parking may result in towing.

Home was spacious and perfect for our family of 8 to spend time together over the holidays. The house was as described in the listing. Driveway was quite steep and there are stairs to get up to the main floor of the house in case mobility is an issue. We had trouble with the internet during our stay but the host was very responsive trying to get the issue resolved.

We arrived late in the evening to find there was no water due to the pipes were frozen. The host was quick to respond to my message and arrived within 30 minutes. Unfortunately it was late and we had small tired children. We ended up having to find a hotel for the night and find another house to rent for the week. The host was very nice apologetic. He issued us a full refund.
