Please turn off all lights, ceiling fans and the TV before departure. And please be sure to lock the patio door & press the "lock" button on the keypad on departure.
Please place trash in any brown bin, recycling in any blue bin and compost in any green bin near the front fence on departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please remove shoes inside the home (shoe rack and complimentary slippers provided).
Quiet hours 11pm-7am. No excess noise outdoors please.
Please smoke/vape in outdoor areas only.
Please do not park or allow guest to park outside of the parking spaces in the covered port directly in front of the house.
