We had a very good 9 day stay at the property. It was clean and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. The view was extremely nice of the little island on the grounds and the sea behind it. The owners were responsive to messages and very considerate. I highly recommend this listing and plan to be a repeat tenant.

We had an amazing stay! Ryann and Shawn are wonderful hosts and very responsive! The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed for our week long trip. Waking up each morning and being able to look out the window at the beautiful landscape is hard to beat! They provided a detailed notebook of recommended restaurants, businesses, and activities to enhance our stay. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a view of the beach. Our family absolutely loved our stay at No Bad SEAson! The location was perfect—just steps from the beach, a fun beach bar, great pizza, excellent restaurants, and only minutes from Red Hook (for the ferry and excursions). Bonus! We were lucky enough to be there for a Full Moon celebration and Fourth of July, watching the St. John fireworks from Sapphire Beach. The condo was modern, spotless, and well stocked with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. We highly recommend No Bad SEAson and would definitely stay here again!

The condo is in a beautiful area. Great food right on the property. The beach is beautiful and a great location for sea turtles. Sunrise can be seen right from your front window. The condo was very clean, convenient, comfortable, and the owners thought of everything. From lotion to swim gear, they didn't miss a thing. Great communication during the rental process. This was our second visit to St Thomas, the 2nd at Crystal Cove, but the first in this condo. This visit felt smoother overall thanks to the consistent and timely communication from the new owner Ryann. She outlined everything in detail, right down to how to get by the fickle door lock. We had a small hiccup with the cable, and our host Ryann responded nearly immediately to our concern. The condo was very clean and well appointed with the staples for our stay. She even supplied snorkels and floats for the beach! Oh and the view was SPECTACULAR!! You could see the ocean while you dined at the table. Should we make our way back to STT some day, I would definitely stay here again! We had a fantastic experience! This visit gets FIVE STARS from the Deery family!

I have to say, I have stayed a a lot of VRBOs over the years & this host was above & beyond any other host I have ever stayed with. The location was exactly what it advertised & MORE! We normally stock up items we will need over our stay and bring them with us as oppose to purchasing when we arrive. Well, they had EVERYTHING anyone could ask for & More!! Toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, baggies, first aid kit, Blow dryers, beach chairs, towels, tin foil, a pizza pan & they even left us a 6 pack of beer for arrival. I HIGHLY recommend this location & unit! After we enjoyed travelling the island and seeing all the sites, we were excited to come "home" and enjoy our unit. GREAT JOB an a HUGE Shout out to our hosts, you had everything we needed to know at our fingertips and everything we didn't even know we needed at our disposal. I will be back again with out hesitation!

Hi, we’re Ryann & Shawn!
We live just outside Philadelphia with our 3 boys, who eat like it’s their full-time job! Our love for St. Thomas started in 2006 on our first trip, & after years of juggling kids, sports, & the pandemic, we decided it was time to make our dreams a reality with a condo at Sapphire Beach and we’re excited to share it with you! When we’re not here, we’re probably shoveling snow, so please enjoy some extra sunshine (and a drink) for us!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Sapphire Beach because it truly has it all—the beauty, the fun, and the convenience. For us, being able to spend the day on one of the most stunning beaches and then pop over to Red Hook for dinner or catch the ferry made it an easy choice.

What makes this property unique

The view—it’s the first thing we fell in love with, and it still takes our breath away every time we’re here.
