The Space:

Tucked inside the quiet Towamensing Trails community in the Poconos Lake district, this 4-bedroom, 2-bath retreat near Lake Harmony is where mountain charm meets comfort and style. With community pool, tennis, and basketball courts, plus trails and lakes for kayaking and biking, it’s the kind of place where your days write themselves.

Parking: Horseshoe driveway for up to 3 cars. No street parking. Guests may park in front of the front deck or on the left side of the house in front of the garage.



Other things to note:



★ Security cameras: Two outdoor cameras (above garage facing driveway + Nest doorbell at side entrance facing yard). No indoor cameras.



★ Pets Welcome – With Approval: $50/night per pet. Pets must stay off furniture, be leashed outdoors, and cleaned up after. Owners are responsible for any pet-related damage.



★ Booking Requirements: Must be 25+ to book. No 3rd-party bookings. Additional guests $25/night per person.



★ Guest Details Required Before Arrival:

– Full name and ID of the primary guest

– Names and license plates of all vehicles

– Signed rental agreement (link will be sent)

– Agreement to Towamensing Trails community rules



★ Important Notes:

– Smoke-free, drug-free property. Smoking indoors will result in a deep-cleaning fee.

– Maximum 12 guests per township licensing and septic limits.

– Seasonal pool & beach closures may occur due to staffing or maintenance (no refunds).

– Any community fines for rule violations will be charged to guests.
