Enjoy amazing views of the Ocean from your top floor, direct Oceanfront balcony. This penthouse unit is right next to the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier! The location simply cannot be beat! The pier is great for people of all ages. Whether you are looking to fish, play beach volleyball or enjoy a nice dinner & drinks there is something for everyone. You are also only a few minutes from the famous Ron Jons Surf Shop, which is a top local attraction.

Unit 507 has a King bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the guest bedroom and a pull-out queen sofa in the living room. In addition, everything you need is provided such as free high-speed wireless internet, beach toys and accessories, linens, towels, a full kitchen, in unit washer/dryer and much more

Enjoy all of the amenities (at no cost) the Chateau by the Sea building has to offer such as a heated oceanfront pool and private access to the beach. In addition there is a 360 degree roof deck which is perfect for viewing shuttle launches, sunsets or just sunbathing! This is the only complex in Cocoa Beach with a roof top deck that allows weekly rentals.

Great beach view. The rooftop area for sitting and viewing the sunset is fantastic! The host, Zerah, was a pleasure to work with. Only slight negative is the walls are not soundproof enough. Loud noises are easily heard.

The views were great. We enjoyed all of it. I would like to make a few suggestions. The kitchen could use some updating. The coffee pot was terrible. No matter what I did the coffee was bitter and cold. I'm a coffee drinker and br the third day I gave up. The unit could use a full length mirror. I'm short and could barley see myself. The bathrooms were very nice and beds were comfortable. I would love to stay here again. I would bring my own coffee maker and mirror.

Our stay was perfect! The view was amazing from our room (the rooftop view was even better!) and it was so convenient to restaurants and the pier. Such an easy process and Zareh was very nice and answered all questions before and after our stay. Very spacious room with everything that you need. We will definitely be coming back!!! Loved it!

Overall, the condo was decent and matched the description. Check-in and check-out were easy and convenient. However, the cleanliness upon arrival was disappointing — we had to clean the space ourselves, as there were dirty dishes in the cabinets and debris on the floors. Additionally, the grills were not working, and the area with grilling supplies was inaccessible for the duration of our stay. Other guests mentioned they had notified management, but the issue was never resolved. Unfortunately, these issues would likely keep us from staying here again.

This place is a diamond in the rough great Accommodations at a great price, and it comes with that million dollar view that every beach lover wants. We love waking up in the morning and sitting on the balcony enjoying a cup of coffee as the sun comes up to start the day or walking the short distance to the pier and having a few night caps have been coming here for four years now wouldn't think of staying anywhere else when we are in Florida

We have been staying at Chateau by the Sea for many years. We love it! My only issue was that the Pier was closed due to weather even when sunny and beautiful outside. Whoever is running the pier is doing a poor job. That pier is awesome and for many years, we enjoyed it.

Perfect Getaway Apartment

The property was very clean and well maintained, with good towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and an unbrella. The oceanfront balcony was a great spot to relax and watch space launches. The kitchen was well equipped, and the beds were very comfortable.Check-in and -out was a breeze. There are luggage carriers to bring your supplies up in the elevator, and a keyless entry into the apartment. The owners sent a very detailed email with everything we needed to know about the apartment and our stay.The mechanics of the apartment worked well (a/c, fans, appliances), and the building itself appears to be well maintained. We liked that there was some covered parking, An outdoor covered lobby on the main floor (with television) and the rooftop deck were very pleasant.We look forward to staying here again.
