This penthouse unit has two master bedrooms, both furnished with King beds, en-suite bathrooms and new 50" Samsung flat-screen TV's. One of the master bedrooms also has a private Oceanfront balcony and walk-in closet. There is a pull-out sofa in the living room if needed. In addition, everything you need is provided such as free high-speed wireless internet, beach toys and accessories, linens, towels, a full kitchen, in unit washer/dryer and much more

This unit is right next to the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier! The location simply cannot be beat! The pier is great for people of all ages. Whether you are looking to fish, play beach volleyball or enjoy a nice dinner & drinks there is something for everyone. You are also only a few minutes from the famous Ron Jons Surf Shop, which is a top local attraction.

Enjoy all of the amenities (at no cost) the Chateau by the Sea building has to offer such as a heated oceanfront pool and private access to the beach. In addition there is a 360 degree roof deck which is perfect for viewing shuttle launches, sunsets or just sunbathing! We stayed in the top corner suite, 506, and had an awesome vacation. The suite was very spacious and comfortable. With perks such as ocean views, private balconies, rooftop access,and a perfect Cocoa Beach location; definitely made the trip feel one of a kind. Great location in quiet neighborhood. Beach Front view and beach access was perfect!! Furniture was somewhat dated in TV area, and the older sofa was not comfortable for movie night. Heads Up--The master bedroom mattress is very, very FIRM. This was mentioned in previous comments so it was not a total surprise.The kitchen was well stocked, and the unit includes everything you need for a day on the beach. Management responded quickly to resolve an issue we had during our stay. Overall--very positive stay

We loved our stay!

First time staying in Cocoa Beach, and this was the perfect condo in a great location! Close to the pier and everything you need. Beach was not too busy. Condo was clean and the perfect size for or family of 4. The rooftop deck was a nice feature as well. The only thing that would've put a cherry on top of our stay would've been some board or card games available to use when we had down time in the condo. We'd definitely stay again! Thank you!

Great condo to celebrate the guys birthdays! Condo well equipped , spotless, and great communication with Zareh. The balcony was not ideal for 4 people and also noisey with air conditioned.But still the view made up for that. Thanks for providing us with a fun time!

Fabulous Birthday Weekend for my Mom!

We had a wonderful time at the Chateau by the Sea! The condo was super clean! The contactless check-in went without a hitch! The staff was so friendly and communicative! Everything from the covered parking spaces offered, the elevators, the luggage carts, and trash receptacles on each floor made our stay so much more comfortable! There were plenty of beach supplies so to enjoy a great day out on the sand! Our mom enjoyed the sunrises from the balcony, the views from her bedroom, and even from the couch in the living room! Definitely go up on the top deck to see great views! We would gladly come again, and we'd gladly recommend this condo to family and friends!

Nice and clean, spacious, and a great Atlantic Ocean view. Great property. The only negative is the mattresses are sub-par. Not good. I expected more from this type of on the beach condo. Everything else was great, but we would not be returning. Got to have a great mattress for good sleep. An extra heavier blanket would have been nice too. Some people want more than a sheet and thin blanket.

A beautiful view

We loved this condo. The views are probably the best we've ever had in any rental. The rental company is very helpful and supportive. The location is near the pier. The unit was stocked with everything we needed including soaps and laundry detergent (this is absolutely not typical of a VRBO rental) and was much appreciated. Overall it was great. My only complaints are very minor. The smoking area is awful in the full sun. The water pressure is a bit much, with the wrong setting on the shower head, it felt like a pressure washer. Lastly, we had little ants all over the countertops in the kitchen. They do pest control and everything so it's just one of those nuances that is annoying but there's only so much that can be done. All in all, it was great! Highly recommend this location!

Nice but a lot of rules!

The location and condo were nice but I wish they would have revealed all the rules prior to us booking. Everything closes down at 9pm (or earlier). You can't use the roof top before 7 (sometimes it was even locked a lot later than 7) or after 9 (often locked earlier). The pool closes at 9. There is no where to go the hang out with friends once the sun goes down. We were there with a large group and it was difficult to hang out anywhere other than the beach. I feel like these restrictions should be mentioned in the ad so that people know what they're getting into when booking. Also, the beds were not comfortable at all. they have waterproof covering on them so the sheets would not stay on the very thin, flimsy mattress.

Our condo building does have certain rules in place out of respect for the other guests and the information is disclosed in our contract that we ask all guests to sign to confirm the reservation. Most pools at the beach close at dusk which is about 9 pm in the summer. The rooftop hours are 8 am - 8 pm since the noise travels very easily to the units below. It is also closed other times due to storms in the area and for peoples safety! People are welcome to enjoy the nearby beach and venues after hours. We are a family friendly building in the heart of Cocoa Beach and want to ensure that everyone has a fun, safe, and relaxing vacation! Thanks, Stay in Cocoa Beach

Great location on the beach! Management was easy to work with and very helpful. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels were very handy.We rented surf boards and surfed on the beach right outside the property. Super convenient! Would definitely come back.

Everything was easy - check in, communication, and location can’t be beat. My family’s only disappointment was that the mattresses in both rooms seemed β€œlumpy” as if the memory foam had lost their memory. I suggest that they be replaced. Other than that everything was great

Pre cruise vacation

Great place great location, the pier was within walking distance which had bars a restaurants. Also 5 minute drive to cruise port. Enjoyed the roof top deck at the condo great place to watch a launch. Just so happened to catch Space X no gut launch while we were there. Had a couple small reapirs that came up and management took care of them same day… Will definetly stay again.
