Over all we truly enjoyed our stay. House is in a great location on the bay and maybe a two minute walk to the beach. A couple little things they could improve. Upgrade foosball table and air hockey table both have seen their better days, also little bit of an ant problem very simple fixes. I would recommend this house to anyone you can’t go wrong staying here.

Thanks so much for your review Daniel! The owner is aware of the gaming items and has ordered new! We are also replacing the light fixture in the Master Bath- aesthetically it was time. The ants are all over Sandbridge especially after the rain- they are on a monthly pest control program! We love the feedback! Thanks so much!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
House was okay - upside-down layout with kitchen upstairs; space for kids to play/hang on first floor and adults upstairs. Renovations are cheaply done with gaps in flooring and back door taped together but it’s a rental. Kitchen is well stocked but no oven mitts! No dining room table upstairs and only seating for 3 at the island not great for meals when weather isn’t great - Two tables outside on the first floor patio. Pool wasn’t heated but it didn’t stop our kids. Outdoor shower is nice. Wish they provided kayaks, paddle boards, or beach chairs. Short walk to the beach.

Hi Kate, Thanks so much for the review and feedback! We did find oven mitts at the home but they were due for replacement so we have replaced them. The kitchen does have a large island wih 3 chairs but we also provide and additional 3 chairs to go around the island. There are some small gaps in the floors but only two close to the base board from some moderate settling of the home. We are glad you enjoyed the home and your stay! We hope we can host you again in the future! Your feedback is appreciated!
