You won't miss a beat during your stay as you will be within walking distance to all that Ludington has to offer. Enjoy the many restaurants and unique shopping located within one city block. Watch the famous SS Badger set sail and exciting Marina life out your doorstep. The youngsters in your group will love playing at the Waterfront Park across the street as you are able to sit and relax while taking in the breathtaking Lake Michigan sunsets! Ludington's famous Stearns Park and sandy Lake Michigan beach are 1 mile away. You truly have everything at your fingertips!! The Ludington State Park is also just a short drive away where you and your family can enjoy various hiking trails, canoeing/kayaking, picnicking, dune hiking and many other activities. For days you would like to stay close to your home away from home you can enjoy lounging at the complexes outdoor Heated Pool and Jacuzzi. Additional amenities include access to the clubhouse with fitness room, use of common area gas grills and underground parking garage. Bed linens and towels provided. **NOTE**: Summer peak 7 (seven) night minimum Saturday to Saturday. Spring, Fall, and off season 3 (three) night minimum. Callfor reservations or questions.

We arrived to find a lovely condo, full stocked. It was comfortable, clean and in the middle of everything! We were able to walk to restaurants, the Marina Park and the downtown shops. A perfect stay!

Beautiful Condo

Short trip travelling 11 hours for a family's special birthday. Enjoyed the stay even though it wasn't long enough. Cozy home away from home! Would stay again.

We loved our Condo! The entire reservation process was extremely easy with timely responses. The condo was spotless when we arrived and fully furnished...beautifully I might add. Our Condo was only minutes from the dock, downtown, and restaurants. We would highly recommend this condo project, the management staff and vrbo. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!!!

It was spacious, clean, quiet, and convenient. The community pool with a hot tub and the unit's private balcony with chairs were two of our favorite things, and we also enjoyed being just one block from House of Flavors and Rotary Park. The bedroom with the bunk beds and an extra twin bed was perfect for our daughters. We would love to stay there again, and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Nice Condo in Ludington

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1st time in Ludington. Nice, spacious, and clean unit. No Great views of the water, but nice, quiet corner condo. Interaction with management company was pleasant and easy. Because of COVID, many downtown restaurants/bars were temporarily closed or limited hours. That was a little disappointing, but we enjoyed our stay. State park is nice and walks along the lake and marina were great. Went to Little River Casino, but 40 min drive was a little too far. Overall a nice trip, but off season and pretty quiet.

Great Place to Stay

We have stayed on this property for four years in a row in different units each year. Two of the four years the hot tubs was out so that was a little disappointing, but you can't beat the location, pool, when lake is rough, etc. This year too was our first time having some trouble with internet consistency but if I would have hassled with calling the unit owners instead of just the property supervisors, I feel that could have been resolved. Some minor frustrations, but they didn't stop our enjoyment of the place and what Ludington has to offer!!

the unit was not advertised as to how many beds and what size they were.

just ok..... but did not like the fact that I should have brought more towels and more pillows, just had decorator pillows in master bedroom to sleep with. lots of construction noise which isn't the property's fault. Woke our kids up at 6:30 every morning. The unit was advertised as 2 queens and 2 twins, master had a king and 2nd bdrm was just a double, there was actually a bunk bed and a twin in 3rd bdrm. not able to open the door to balcony as to the bed being too close to the balcony door.

A Must Stay in Ludington

The unit easily accommodated our family of 5 and it was an easy walk to everything. I am glad that we passed on the option of the musty old cabin in the woods to upgrade to this luxurious condo. It should also be noted that when we arrived the internet access wasn't working properly but the management staff addressed it quickly even on a holiday weekend. Overall fantastic experience.
