Eminence is defined as a high, lofty place, an elevated land area, a piece of rising ground.

There is no better word to describe the location of this amazing property. The custom home, built in 2009, is situated high atop a bluff, just minutes from Ludington, and offers commanding views of Lake Michigan from nearly every room!

There are four bedrooms, including two master suites, both with king sized beds and full bathrooms. The master suite on the main floor provides direct access to your own private sitting area on the back deck overlooking the lake, inviting you to the day’s first cup of coffee. In addition to the suites, there are two other bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with four twin beds, which share access to the homes third full bathroom on the upper level. There is also a loft area furnished with a queen sleeper sofa.

The kitchen is superbly stocked for all your cooking and dining needs. There is an outdoor grilling space and fire pit too, perfect for s’mores as you watch another spectacular sunset reflect from the lake at the end of the day.

Enjoy the spacious living room for entertainment or just relaxing in front of the There is a lovely fireplace and 50” flat screen TV. The home is WiFi enabled and comes equipped with a washer and dryer as well. All the comforts of home await you!

New as of 1/1/2022....we now have a Ping Pong table, dart boards and card games in the basement for fun rainy / snowy day fun. We have tons of chairs down there. Great place to send the kiddos!

Note: We purchased this home in November 2015 and purchased all new furnishings. No weddings or events. Maximum of 12 guests. Our neighbors are full time residents and our guests shall respect the property lines at all times. Our neighborhood beach stairs are no longer accessible. The beauty of our home is the view from atop the bluff.

We are constantly thinking of new ideas to upgrade our home for your pleasure and ours!! Please post a couple of pics from your stay! We'd love to see them!!

FABULOUS

AMAZING! Seven girls in our group for my soon to be DIL bachelorette party! The owners go above and beyond with all of the details and supplies in their home. The views from every room in the house is spectacular!!

Beautiful view and cozy feeling

The property has amazing view of lake michigan. Clean and super cozy location. Spent a weekend with family and kids and eveything was perfect. Host is super quick to respond if needed. Plenty of space to spend great quality time with fanily. Will def visit again.

We Love Eminence

I think this was the fourth time we’ve visited and we are never disappointed. The house is immaculate and the views are beautiful. If you need something to do, restaurants and activities are a short drive into town. My kids (8 and 11) love staying here and list Eminence as one of their favorite places. Winter is a special time to visit because it’s so peaceful and relaxing with snow flurries, the lake, and visits from deer… it almost feels a little magical. Also… the owners always add extra touches. I was obsessed with the goat milk bar soap this time. Can’t recommend this house enough!

Beautiful home with amazing view

Home is beautiful and the lay out worked perfectly for my wife and four adult kids. The lake view is breathtaking. Highly recommend a stay for anyone considering some time in Ludington.
