The property is fairly roomy. The upstairs would be rated 5 due to a nice kitchen and plenty of light, but the downstairs beds could be better and the downstairs had low ceilings. It was hard to figure out the fan settings. The neighborhood was nice. Thank you!

Nicely updated little bungalow

It’s a beautiful, newly updated house! The outside could use a little sprucing up, but overall it’s a great place on the corner, close to a lot of great restaurants and activities in Arvada. Comfortable beds and couches and lots of fun playing ping pong! Would have loved to have a little book with instructions for things, like wifi and how to work the hot tub and door lock, but the owner is very responsive and happy to help when needed! And they let us check in a little bit early due to our circumstances. Very polite and very helpful host!
