Zootown Art House w/Sauna
Located in the heart of Missoula this property is in the Good Food Store Neighborhood. It is centrally located for local families and tourists alike. This loft style house has a sun porch, backyard, side deck, and dry sauna, with a small weight room area in the laundry room. There is 4 bedrooms or basement finished room can be used as rest room w/basic chair and desk for working if needed. The house has 2 full bathrooms.
The master bedroom is very large room with private entrance for the attached bathroom. This room has views of Mt. Jumbo & Mt. Sentinel, Missoula's signature mountains. In the master bed there is wall sized closet, comfy wicker chair, night stand with drawers and dresser for clothes as well.
The main floor has an open kitchen/living area with TV, couch, bar top, and chairs. Full small bathroom is off the living room.
The master bedroom has an extremely lard closet and bathroom attached that can be private or shared with the other upstairs bedroom. While not glorious for Missoula standards there a view of Mt. Jumbo and Mt. Sentinal.

The downstairs BR is equipped with bed bunks for the kids. There is a walk in closet in this room as well as a desk and matching dresser.
The lower floor room is equipped with a twin bed and futon. Desk and closet space with extra bedding can also be found. Basic desk and chair also in this space as noted in the main description.
The laundry room is semi-finished and drying rack and has small sretch area w/ weights.
This property is about 2 miles from the Russell St. access point to the Clark Fork River Trail which runs into downtown Missoula about another 2 miles. This makes for a great excursion walking or via bicycle for the whole family.
It is about half mile from the Good Food Store which is Missoula's hottest and healthiest food shopping experience. GFS also has a built-in cafe and bakery that offers indoor and outdoor seating.
The property is 2-4 miles from Reserve Street's big box stores, grocery stores, and Missoula's Southgate Mall.
Hiking trails abound all around Missoula and this centrally located property can lead you South in the Bitterroot Valley, North into the Mission Mt/Flathead Lake area, or other directions where you will run into any of the majestic mountains that surround Missoula.

I'm a former High School Teacher and International NGO worker & Elections Monitor. I believe traveling can be journey into one's soul. Creating memories in environments unseen touches our hearts in a way that's different when we are at home. The world is meant to be seen, heard, touched, explored, loved, and shared. Pictures in my home are from places I've seen. Art in the home comes mostly from the Indigenous World: the Original Nations of the globe.*
