Sanibel; named by Travel & Leisure as one of the top 50 “Best Places” internationally to visit in 2025, with its restaurants, shops and of course, Sanibel’s incredible beaches, rebuilt and open for business. #306 is renting 2 two bedroom units together at a discount, one upstairs and one downstairs in our Triplex. Fully equipped kitchen, sheets, towels, etc included. Great restaurants and shopping, lighthouse and parks. Bike rentals and trails throughout the island allow you to access all the hidden treasures on Sanibel. A 2 minute walk to access our pristine white beaches .

The location was amazing. We did not get to rental until 4:3o and we still had to wait to get in because it was still being cleaned. Just an FYI the fan in the porch was not working. I was surprised to find stairs in the one rental. I don’t remember reading that anywhere. If we come back to the area we would look not renting this space again. Loved all the toys and chairs for beach along with the shell hunting equipment!!

Great Place To Stay

We were in Sanibel celebrating a 50th birthday. 6 women shared two units. The place was GREAT!! Very clean and decorated nicely. We had everything we needed. Nancy was extremely responsive and helpful. It was all around a great experience! Definitely would stay again....plus, who doesn't love Sanibel:)

Almost had our own private beach!

The two condos were clean and nice, and the beach was only 200 yards away. It was interesting because all the rest of the structures in the area were damaged in the recent hurricane, and they were empty. We almost had the beach to ourselves, and the shells were everywhere! The only downside was our group was 8 people and there wasn't a good dining area to eat as a family.

Great property for a large group!

This property was clean and spacious and conveniently located just a short walk from the beach. They even provided beach towels and beach chairs! The owner was accessible and responded quickly to our inquiries. I would recommend this unit for large families. Please note that one half of the duplex is upstairs with an outside stairway (not accessible from the downstairs unit).

Great family getaway!

We love this location in Sanibel. It's the perfect distance from the cottage to the beach. And Nancy is so wonderful to deal with - prompt communication and care! We hope to stay there again next year.

Great vacation in Sanibel!

We really enjoyed our time in Sanibel. The 2 units combined worked out good for us since we had 2 separate families staying here. We were comfortable in the units and loved the location. We were able to enjoy the beach everyday and didn't have to worry about large crowds. Another bonus was the beach chairs, toys, and beach towels that were provided. It was nice to have that stuff available, especially the beach towels! We brought our own, but were able to have a clean towel everyday, by alternating them while they got washed. All in all, we made great memories and would recommend this property. For any large groups/ families.

Easter on Sanibel

Clean triplex and cutely decorated. Great location for beach activities. I was unaware until arrival that one of our two units was all upstairs, but it worked. We had a good time together as a family.
