Estivemos na casa do Sr Marcos de 9 a 12/01/2020. O motivo da viagem familiar foi para levarmos meu avô de 82 anos que ama praia e piscina. Escolhemos a residência pelas fotos pois havia quartos térreos, proximidade com a praia e piscina de fácil acesso, ja que meu avô tem uma limitação no joelho dado a idade. A casa estava razoavelmente limpa, cheirando a mofo e um chuveiro sem funcionar. O Marcos prontamente resolveu o problema do chuveiro. A parte externa é bem gostosa e a casa confortável, porém a escada da piscina é solta e muito insegura. Tivemos que entrar e sair pelas bordas que são irregulares. Meu avô entrou com muita dificuldade e não conseguiu sair pela escada pois ela se soltou. Foi uma decepção tão grande que ele foi embora um dia antes. Infelizmente a casa não cumpriu nossas expectativas, apesar do Marcos ser bastante atencioso e rigoroso com o check in, observamos descuido com a casa.
