Double Booked - Cancellation

We arrived at our condo and found it was occupied by long term renters. The host and VRBO were apologetic, but the long and short of it was we were given a full refund and then on our own to find other accommodations. Instead of a two bedroom condo, kitchen, living room, etc, we ended up in the last room available in a basic hotel with a room facing the pool. The screaming swimmers and lack of space led us to cut our stay to one night. Super disappointing.
