Lisa and 5 other family members stayed overnight at my cottage to attend a function in the area. I found the group to be very clean, neat and tidy and she would be welcome to come and stay again anytime she likes. I also have no hesitation in recommending Lisa to any other hosts.

Charming Cosy Cottage

We had a lovely overnight stay at Yatta Cottage. Josette is a fantastic host, with a chilled bottle of bubbles to greet us.

A very lovely little cottage, public transport near by the owner was very lovely highly recommend

I wish I had a week instead of an overnight stay to attend a family wedding.

Overnight stay for a weekend wedding

We had a lovely stay and Josie our host had gone out of her way to make us feel welcomed with some delicious treats. The place was fantastic . Very comfortable and perfectly located for us. Definitely recommend! Would def

Great big cottage for a family!

2 super big rooms, one smaller.The host catered for us above and beyond with included brekky items, amazing bathroom soaps etc, comfy beds, so much room! This place is perfection

Gorgeous cottage

This is a beautifully appointed cottage with every thing you need, spotlessly clean, loved the little touches of bread and eggs. The garden area is super cute and comfortable. Highly recommend it

Great stay

We needed accommodation near Saratoga Sailing Club for a regatta. This cottage suited perfectly and as there were two couples it provided each couple with their own space. The gardens were not only lovely and tranquil but provided screens from neighbours. Close to many amenities. All in all, a great cottage.

Symon, partner and 2 friends stayed at my cottage for 8 nights whilst participating in a sailing event in the area. They were very clean, tidy and respectful and followed all the rules to a ‘T’. I had another group of guests staying the night they checked out so this made the cleaning a lot easier. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any future hosts. Really good experience. Lovely cottage.

We travelled from Muswellbrook with friends and stayed 1 night. The whole process was pain free, cottage was lovely. Great outdoor area out back for an afternoon chat to catch up. Beds were comfortable. Chocolates and Prosecco on arrival which qas a nice surprise.

A perfect home away from home

Thank you so much Josette for such a wonderful stay! Having grown up in the area, there is always so much nostalgia coming back, and your beautiful cottage couldn't have made us feel more at "home". It is so well appointed, with everything you need, comfortable beds, excellent heating, great bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen - and bubbles on our arrival! Communication was easy, as was the check in process. We will definitely look to stay again when we need to come down for our next family event.

A clean, lovely place we found it very whimsical with lots of interesting objects and plants to make the place friendly and homey. We spent 3 nights in July so we were happy with the heating. Bathrooms are great, well supplied with all you needed. Well stocked kitchen and we were surprised by the lovely gifts awaiting us. Great place to stay!
