This newly renovated condo suite is designed for relaxation and easy living. Equipped with a walk-in shower, 2 queen size beds, kitchen essentials and furnished with a coastal style.
Walk on the beach, chill by the pool or sip morning coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise.
It's the kind of place where time stretches, flip flops are a must, and the beach becomes part of everyday life.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please leave beds unmade, no need to strip the linens. Please gather used towels and leave in laundry basket. Garbage dumpster is located off to the side in parking lot.
Please wash and put away dishes that do not fit in dishwasher. Please load and start the dishwasher. Return pool bands to avoid $50/band charge for lost pool bands.
Please leave AC on at 73 degrees in summer, heat on at 63 degrees in the winter. Most importantly, have a safe trip home!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pool bands are required for Bridgewater guests. Please leave in the unit at departure. There will be a $50 charge for each band missing. 5 supplied
Pool hours are from 9:00am-10:00pm. No glass is allowed on pool deck or on the beach.
Bridgewater and LBTS Associations prohibit hanging towels or garments off the balcony railings. Please use dehumidifier to keep cool and dry.

Both my wife and I enjoyed your place very much. It was sparkling clean, the beds comfortable and the view was great. You could hear the soothing sounds of ocean all day and night. This was my first time to Pawley's Island and this resort. I absolutely fell in love with everything. The condo is beautifully decorated and Laurie was super responsive and helpful. The location is ideal and the resort itself is very charming. We had an amazing time and I'm already planning a return trip. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo! Was a perfect condo for our girls weekend (best friends for 30 years). We loved walking on the beach and enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. The host left us some yummy snacks we enjoyed :). The bathroom shower is specifically well done - and we were more than comfortable our entire stay. Look forward to coming back! Thanks!

This place was in a GREAT location!! The view of the pool and the beach was just what we were wanting!! Was able to walk to the beach, then use the pool without having to get in the car. Was even able to enjoy the pool at the Summerhouse and grab a drink by the pool! There were games and books to enjoy in the unit. Only complaint is having to leave.
