This place was great, would book it again if we are in Orlando. Have stayed in multiple properties at Vista Cay over the years and this one is at the top.

Great space and beautifully decorated, will definitely look to book again if needing to stay in the area. Right next to the pool easy access to a lot of activities in the Orlando area.

Beautifully decorated, Amazing amenities, and conveniently located to Sea World, The OCCC, and Epic Universe. It is also in walking distance to a Publix shopping center. We felt safe the entire trip as the property is gated and monitored.

Description is as described. We enjoyed our stay there. Only down side there is absolutely no check in early we arrived early and didn’t have a place to store our luggage as the lobby does not help with that. Not a huge deal, we just took our luggage to the pool/bar area until 4pm. I did try for hours to communicate with host, and no one would answer the phone or any messages sent.

We had to contact the host to get the access information on the day of arrival. It was not timely, so it was a bit concerning. The location is perfect. The unit is very nice. Some things that I was surprised by, no soap dish for a bar of soap in the bathroom. Soap and shower gel were provided but the soap then sticks to the counter. In every other VRBO I have stayed in (worldwide), there has always been some kitchen items to make a basic cup of coffee. Most have coffee pods and filters and sugar, etc. This unit had nothing, we did go buy it and left some for the next person, but maybe the ad needs to clarify that if you arrive late at night and want a cup of coffee the next morning, you will need to hit up the Walgreen's or Publix first. Overall, the communication was a bit lax and the place was fantastic. One other thing, no lamps on the bedside tables, so if you want to read or anything, you have to get up to turn off the lights. Just things that seemed like they could be improved upon.

This place is exactly as advertised but better. The pics do not do it justice. It is LAID OUT. To the extent where I would let whoeve did the interior design do my home. It is super modern. Beautiful finishes everywhere. Four full bedrooms, 6 beds, 3 showers. For this price it is a steal in Orlando. I would say this is more for adults than kids as the table is beautifully set and there are interior pieces everywhere. Things can be broken easily. However, if your kids are disciplined it is fine. The pool area is great with a nice kids water area right behind the apartment. Plenty of free parking, nice clean gated parked lot. The host allowed both an earlier check in and a later check out without hassle. Towels, dishes, all the amenities needed and also plenty of large TVs. The AC worked perfect. There is nothing I can say bad about this place. I saw a few other units and nothing compared to this. If you love luxury you are not getting better than this for the price. I will be back a few more times I'm sure.

The Wifi on the TV in the living room would turn off intermittently unclear if wifi issue or a TV issue in the living roomThe apartment was spacious clean plenty of parking and large pool area for adults and children with a out door bar / food area I did not hear back when I communicated on line with the app
