The host was attentive and communicative. It is 'cozy' (small)--but priced accordingly and we really just needed a place to sleep. It could have been a bit cleaner (small amount of debris under the bed, the shower has a bit of mold, and while the sheets seemed clean--they are black and seemed to have white dog hair on them). Convenient parking and close to a Perk and Post drive-thru coffee.
