You’ll be within walking distance to local restaurants, coffee shops, the 27 hole Pagosa Springs Golf Course one mile north, five miles west of the Pagosa Hot Springs, 1.8 miles west of Stevens Field Airport and 28 miles southwest of Wolf Creek Ski Area.

Great location with easy access to downtown and quick walk to coffee/ice cream spot I the neighborhood. Our dog enjoyed staring at the deer and at the neighbor's French bull dogs! Would definitely stay here again.
