The house is within walking distance of the Clear Lake Bar and the Clear Lake Party store and a short drive from the beach, hiking trails and beautiful downtown West Branch. This is the perfect place for those who like to spend time winding down in a quiet, wooded neighborhood as well as the convenience of being only a 10 minute drive from town.
