This home is one unit of a duplex. The neighboring unit is occupied by a long-term resident. While your apartment is fully private with its own entrance, the building shares walls and a permanently closed interior door, which means occasional sounds or minor odors may travel between units.

The deck area includes a boat that belongs to the neighboring long-term tenant. The boat is part of a private property arrangement, and the tenant has permission to access the property as needed. Guest privacy is respected at all times.

Due to South Florida’s tropical climate, occasional insects such as ants may appear despite regular pest control and preventative maintenance. Any concerns are addressed promptly.

Claudia was extremely quick at responding to all my questions and messages. The house was clean and perfect. There were towels, soap, shampoo and body wash. The dock/patio area was beyond stunning. We absolutely loved it!

The place was nice. Air didnt work right when we arrived but they got a company to come out and repair asap. Would recommend although its hard with 7 people and one restroom.
