Our home brings together elements of comfort, convenience, and fun with relaxed and social vibes. Ideal for families exploring central Florida who want to avoid the crowds. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood you’ll find shopping, restaurants, groceries, parks & golf walking distance.

Small Gym with free weights. Description: 3/2 Well distributed home with a large screened Florida room which features a bar, comfortable sitting area with TV as well as ping-pong table. The living and dining room are adjacent to each other. The living room features a large TV with surround sound system. The kitchen is comfortable with plenty of pantry space for all your groceries, it is packed with all the essentials and a lot of non essential cooking equipment. The garage features a new washer and dryer , a couple of adult bikes that guest can use at their convenience and a small free weight gym & kinesthetic equipment (the space is not A.C but its insulation allows for morning or afternoon workouts). All 3 of the bedrooms feature easy connections for charging devices and storage closets. The main bedroom contains a dedicated dual monitor workspace area that is ready to use with USB-C laptop connection in case you need to catch up with work. The bathrooms tub/shower contain pleasant showerheads and strong water pressure. One of the bedrooms is fitted with a full size bunk ideal for young adults, couples or kids. There are some board games available. The backyard is a recreation oasis, there is a pool and a 6 person hot tub with strong massage jets. The hot tub has a TV right above it to watch your favorite sports games or shows while in the spa. There is a 5 burner BBQ grill and a gazebo equipped with lounge chairs and a propane firepit table and fan. The backyard is fully fenced, with plenty of space for activities, well lit at night and ideal for socializing. We also provide high chairs and pack and play for those traveling with small children. There are exterior security cameras on the property for guest safety.

We ( 4 adults and 2 twenty year olds) enjoyed our stay very much. The house was comfortable and lots of fun for all. The ping pong games were epic and the hot tub was a treat to relax in after a busy day. In warmer weather, we would have used the pool which is a nice size. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and we were able to walk to a great breakfast place called Johnny’s Diner. There a bikes you can use and also workout equipment. It’s a great place and Ana the host was so nice. We reached out to her and she responded quickly. Thanks Ana. We will definitely be back soon.

Simply an amazing house. Beautifully decorated and probably one of the most comfiest couches I’ve ever sat on. Due to poor weather, we were unable to enjoy the backyard. But we were tempted to test our luck with the lightning. our next trip to Orlando, we will definitely be renting this house again.
