This spacious 6-bedroom, 6.5‑bath home is designed for families, groups, and anyone looking to relax and enjoy the water with ease. Fully Stocked Kitchen with double oven, stand‑alone ice maker, cookware, utensils, and all essentials. Perfect for cooking together or hosting a big family meal!

Flat lot with very few steps to the water — a rare find on Smith Lake!
Two boat slips available for guest use.
Beautiful lake views throughout the home.
Tons of water toys included: lily pad, kayaks, and paddle boards.

Outdoors, enjoy: Charcoal grill for lakeside cookouts, Fire pit for s’mores and stargazing, spacious outdoor area with plenty of room to play and relax.

RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE 25 YEAR OLD MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT.
