My property is unique because I didn't buy like an investor. I purchased things in the home that I would use, that I would want, so picked the best of leather couches, high end furniture, Sony Smart TVs everywhere, water filtering system for great drinking water, the comfiest beds, soft textures, relaxing ambiance.
