Much like our neighboring costal communities the City of Long Beach builds large sand berms along the coastline during certain seasons to help protect against coastal tides and ocean storms. This is an oceanfront home, however, views may be obstructed depending on the presence and height of these berms, which vary based on seasonal and weather conditions.

Secure gated parking is available behind the property, with a spacious driveway that can comfortably fit two vehicles (including oversized trucks) or even up to three smaller cars
