The property was lovely and exceeded expectations. It was very clean, comfortable and perfect for our stay. I would definitely stay there again. And the view is incredible.

Lovely view! The in house amenities were also a huge plus. Within short walking distance of the aquarium, the shopping are, and the convention center. All in all an excellent stay.
Marbella was outstanding with communication and follow up. Perfect location with walking access to restaurants and activities. The condo was exceptional and spotless will definitely stay here again.

Stunning view! Got to watch New Year's fireworks from the balcony! Walking distance to the shops & restaurants. Some homeless on the walk to shops but apartment was safe and secure. Would definitely come back!
Loved the spot and could not beat the view. We saw both fireworks shows from the balcony. The team was very communicative. The only issues we had were related to a lack of hot water in the shower so hopefully the team will sort that out. Place was gorgeous and we’ll definitely be staying there again!
The location was great and the home was very peaceful. Spacious, clean, tasteful. I loved the soft sheets. I would have loved to stay longer. Check-in was easy and I received multiple emails and texts about how to check-in and out. I had everything I needed and didn't have to request anything.
Management team was nice and quick to respond to concerns. The apartment was brand new, clean and had an amazing view of downtown Long Beach , Catalina Island and the coastline all the way down to Newport Beach. We enjoyed the view of sunrises over Newport and sunsets over Palos Verdes Peninsula. Location is convenient to numerous restaurants, bars and entertainment/convention venues.
Beds were very firm!
Water takes about 20 minutes to get hot so be patient before jumping into the shower or washing dishes.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It's a great area. We walked to the event we were attending and it was nice to just leave the car in the garage and go. Property was cozy, felt very safe and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. Balcony view was great. That being said we had a hot water issue during our stay which we did communicate to the property manager who are very quick to reply and communicate but it was not fixed. They said they contacted maintenance but nothing was ever done. The water in what is supposed to be the master is not hot, in fact it's only just barely warm. Might feel great on a hot 90 degree day but not when the high temperature is 69 outside and you've been out all day long and just want a hot shower. The hall shower and kitchen had hot water. We finally realized the water temperature is adjusted down in there so kids won't get burned because instead of being a master they have put two beds in that room, I assume to accommodate more people. We take pretty hot showers and it was not pleasant. Upon working out what was going on we showered in the hallway bathroom which was an inconvenience but if you want hot showers there's no choice. It would have been nice to be told at the start of our stay that the water setting in there was set to be colder. Instead we were left to think that maintenance was notified and under the impression that it would be fixed at some point but it was not. We were there 3 nights.
Other than the water issue the property is great and we would possibly stay here again. Easy access, great location, nice views!
