We did run into a few issues when we checked in but the hosts were extremely quick to fix the problems and very pleasant to work with. When we come back to fort Myers we would definitely rent here again.

We were a party of 2 adults and 3 kids ages 7-10. We were able to get in as soon as the cleaner was ready to let us in, which after a day of traveling was lovely. The host is very quick to respond and answer questions. Minimal requirements at check out.The house was clean and with all the basic necessities. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were updated and very nice. The pool was nice (It was a little cold to swim for normal people in December but the kids jumped in anyway!) The deck and outdoor furniture made a nice relaxing evening hang out. The screened in pool and deck kept most of the bugs out which was great too! Wifi was super easy and worked well. 30 to 40 minutes to lots of things to do - we visited the Manatee Park, Lakes Park, Fort Myers Beach Area, Centennial Playground and a little further to get to Sanibel Island Beaches. Dollar General and 711 are very close if you forgot any little things. Publix was like 10 minutes away. There was a mini golf place like 12 minutes away which was a great low key night time activity with the kids too.Overall a great time getting out the snow and into some sunshine!

It was nice, however a heated pool would have been good and being able to control our own temperature in the house. We are usually economical in A/C use.
